I received an email from Jennifer at Ustream, Inc. announcing that Disney is partnering with Ustream and others to deliver a large fan event to celebrate the Los Angeles opening of Alice in Wonderland. The event will take place on Friday, Feb. 19 starting at 5p PT at ustream.tv/aliceinwonderland.
Ustream and Myspace will be hosting a live broadcast from the red carpet as the stars arrive. There will also be backstage interviews. Viewers can interact by posting comments and questions using Ustream's Social Stream.
The event's hosts are KIIS-FM’s Manny on the Streets, Quddus and Roslynn Cobarrubias from MySpace, and Philip DeFranco from YouTube.
