Worldwide premiere of the music Video for "Unlovable"
The edited version of Babybird's music video "Unlovable", directed by Johnny Depp, premiered this morning on Yahoo Music. The unedited version is due for release March 9th on The Official Online Community of Babybird.
Wow! A mini movie. Interesting ending. It's interesting to watch this and try to get a small glimpse into Johnny's mind. He's dark, passionate and thought provoking. Well done Johnny. Can't wait to see you direct a full movie again. Oh and please, can we have a release of The Brave here in North America? Please Johnny, with sugar on top? T
Yes i really liked the song they have talent i will look for more of Babybird. Some people are unlovable I'm one of them. maybe to much love in a past life and it is not my turn. good song.
Hey I'm from Belgium. I viewed the video, it's fantastic untill the end. You can see that Johnny really is a true director. His imagination and art vision is remarkable. It realy brings the song, wich is beautiful and broke my heart. The more I read about Johnny, the more I admire him and his work. Keep it up.
oh my God! VJESCI that's... shocking...!!!! well... he might just wanted to make it a "short-film" or sth like that...! anyway the story might not be his but the way he gave life to it is still remarkable! nevertheless i am a huge fan of Johnny i think it would it be "righter" if he had mentioned that it is not his idea...!
If you scroll down on the wikipedia page listed, you will see that there has been many, many works that have been "based" on this short story, if, in fact, that is what Johnny did.
In every movie, there's a plot of a script. So this little story is the one for this music video. It doesn't decrease this art work of Johnny as an regisseur. I like this version of realization!
I don't care for the music, but I do like the directing style. The shock ending is great. I have to say it sure beats the bouncing behinds and boobs that have come to be the norm. It's thoughtful and I would love to see more interpretive work from Johnny.
Ohh Johnny has done a great job!!! I love the song and I read somewhere that he plyed the guitar on it. Is that true?
